Elizabeth and Michael didn’t have a “love at first sight” kind of story. But after spending their high school years together, then attending colleges thousands of miles apart, they reconnected in NYC, and their romance began. Their careers took them to different cities for a while, but on Thanksgiving Day of 2017, Michael found himself on one knee at his family’s cabin, proposing to the girl of his dreams.
Elizabeth and Michael wanted to combine minimalism and magic, so their wedding day was adorned with lush greenery and gorgeous lighting, transporting guests into a wonderland as the happy couple joined their lives together. Looking back on this wedding, all we can say is this: it was FUN! From eating mac and cheese out of goblets to belting songs on the dance floor to getting whisked away in a golf cart when the vintage car just wouldn’t start, this crew really knows how to celebrate a marriage. Elizabeth and Michael were surrounded by the love of family and friends from start to finish, and meaningful moments like a teary maid of honor speech and a wonderfully imperfect first dance were the cherry on top of the day.
Needless to say, we loved working with this couple and capturing their special day! Elizabeth and Michael knew exactly what they wanted out of their wedding video, and we loved rising to the challenge and bringing their vision to life. We hope it sparks all their favorite memories from their wedding day every time they press play.
