Jenna and Shane met during their freshman year of college at Vanderbilt. There was an immediate spark, but it took another year and a James Bond-themed party to officially bring them together. Shane went as Jenna’s date, and they never looked back!
One Saturday morning, Shane and Jenna were headed to brunch downtown, and when Jenna got a text that their friends were running late, Shane suggested they walk along the river's edge to pass the time. To Jenna’s shock, he got down on one knee with the Nashville skyline in the background and popped the question! Turns out, their friends weren’t late - they were part of the scheme. Incognito photographers were even nearby to capture the moment. After Jenna said yes, Shane brought her to the George Jones Museum rooftop, where she found family and friends waiting with champagne to celebrate!
The happy couple wanted a classically elegant wedding, filled with all the details that make Nashville unique. From riding a trolley with their entire bridal party to hosting the reception at the Country Music Hall of Fame, the day was filled with Music City moments.
Looking back on their special day, Jenna and Shane really remember the “firsts” best - their first look, first dance, and family dances are all highlights of their joyous celebration. They also loved all the fun moments, including a football garter toss and late night hot dogs! We had a blast shooting this Nashville wedding, and we’re so glad Jenna and Shane love their wedding video! We wish this couple many more adventures around their city in the years to come.
